In the property business, there are so many dodgy agents in the market and lack professionalism. They just want to sell the property in whatever way possible.. But my experience with Jordan was quite different (in a good way), I found him a genuine and trusted human being. Jordan answered all the questions with full integrity, was transparent in in the entire process. The property I ended up buying was previously under offer and came back in the market. Jordan was quick in calling me and informing me about the property and why it came back in the market. From then, it was very straight forward - once we agreed on the price, Jordan shared all the necessary information, sent them to my solicitor and got the contract exchanged. He kept checking with me on the final loan approval and until the property got fully settled. Jordan also called me a few months later checking on how I'm going, any change in my circumstances etc to keep the relationship going, which is a key ingredient to be a reliable and successful property agent. Jordan values fostering relationships in a positive way and is upfront and honest in all his interactions. He looks to always go above and beyond to get the best price and help wherever possible. We were selling interstate, and he did multiple inspections, help with preparing the property for sale, managing waste and cleanup from bad tenants managed by another agent. I cannot recommend Jordan enough he was able to get it all done without us having to travel interstate once and was always fair, available and honest.

My first interaction with Dee- Jay was via an initial phone call I recieved one Friday afternoon. The property attracted my interest. Dee- Jay' s professionalism was evident immediately, as well as his knowledge of the area. He could see the potential the property had. It just needed some TLC, he was 100% right. I was intrigued. Dee- Jay is s man whom is very patient , a great listener and an asset to his business. He is a very effective communicator, cool, calm and collected. Dee- Jay is a dream to work with and I have had many interactions with agents in my recent past, after selling my parent' s home. Our direct involvement with Joshua was in the sale of our family home of 59yrs. Though some months prior, he was so helpful and patient with my sister's purchass of her new home.
