When I first went to sell my apartment I was given some very low figures by agents that were wishing to represent me. One even as low as $490k. No one was willing to commit to an appropriate valuation and the ones that were wanted me to pay an arm and a leg for advertisement to help them get to a figure that they were not confident of and I was not happy with. Dee-Jay Darkheart was professional confident and realistic and we agreed on a price guide of above $540k. I did not make his job easy as I did not allow for an advertising budget. Deejay worked his magic however and managed to get me an offer of 565k within the first few weeks of hitting the market. Anyone that understands the apartment market in merryland's at the moment would know that this was a miracle result. I'm very appreciative of the service and assistance I received and would highly recommend Deejay Darkheart to anyone looking to sell a property.
