I chose Mike @ Rise as I had seen his face on boards all around Banksia Grove. I deliberated for quite awhile before actually making an appointment for a valuation. But he and his team did not disappoint. Mike was friendly, realistic optimistic and encouraging of a quick sale. Although I wanted to paint my house first before it was to be put on the market, Mike found a few buyers off the market one of which eventually made an offer. The process was easy (a lot easier than the UK). The conveyancer which was recommended by Rise, was also very easy to communicate with and I did ask a zillion questions to all involved. The WhatsApp was a ‘peace of mind’ ! When I had a few concerns I asked my question and one of the team responded reducing my stress. Yesterday 15/5/25 I finally settled. A bitter sweet moment and an end of a chapter. If you are about to sell or even buy, I would recommend Rise and Mike Gjestland and his team to be your realtor. You will not be disappointed.
