The staff have been very nice. However our move has not been great. The plumber had to come and fix a leaking tap that was known to your agency before we moved in. But it took until we moved in to have it fixed. This should have been done before we moved in. We then noticed the light in the laundry was broken and reported it. The report shows that your maintenance had already known about it and said an electrician had to fix it. This too should have been done before we moved in. Then my first load of laundry - the hose fitting that runs from the hole in the top of the sink direct to the drain for the washer water was not attached. Unbeknownst to us - we did a load of washing and flooded several rooms. We have not yet reported this. We simply have put the washer drain hose directly in the sink. Last but certainly not least - there has been not hot water since we moved in. Having reported this - the same day we were told a part was on order. This of course led us to believe you knew about it before we moved in. It is not on the entry report. It has now been over a week and we are told another week before we have hot water. This has led us to complete a Notice of Breach report. So all in all VERY disappointed in the service provided.
