When I first met Rob and Racheal I found them to be relaxed and easy to talk to. They didn’t try to rush me into signing a contract. Rob was honest and upfront from the start. His advice on an estimated price and how to proceed was spot on. It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. Racheal was very friendly and polite. She explained the process to me in a very simple and understandable way. They were easy to contact and prompt in answering any of my queries throughout the process. They treated me with respect at all times no matter how trivial my queries seemed to me. My first contract crashed and Rob was true to his word that he would soon find another buyer. He set to work and my second contract settled on the same date that the first one would have.
