Robert James Realty is an exceptional agent to rent from. Any issue or problem that crops up is dealt with quickly and efficiently. We love that we can send through any maintenance orders online, it’s not always convenient to ring the agent during the day, so sending it via the maintenance app allows us to send it through anytime. Our Property Manager, Alison, always gives us plenty of notice for inspections and work to be done. She is always accomodating if we need to change a time or date, and always shows up when she says she will, super cheerful and friendly, too! The owners of the properties should be incredibly grateful that their places are managed so well. Robert James Realty deliver excellent service, all round, and they are a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend them.
