As the conduit between the vendor in Cairns and ourselves as purchasers in Noosa, she was able to negotiate a realistic and reasonable sale price acceptable to both parties. After the sale, she also went out of her way to assist with resolving the many minor details associated with our transition to the ownership of the property.
