My previous tenants had broken their lease but Mel handled the issue very professionally and in less than a week she had signed up new tenants that came with excellent references and at a higher rent. Robert James have been handling the property for over 20 years and have done an excellent job for the whole of that time. I can thoroughly recommend them!

Mel and Matt have both been so easy to deal with whilst also being very professional. The application process was smooth and so efficient in terms of advising us of the outcome of our application and organising the lease, keys etc. Issues that needed tending to following the previous tenant's exit have been dealt with promptly.
