After our previous Real Estate agent had changed to a new rental manager, we had noticed that the quality of inspections and upkeep of maintenance of our investment property in Tewantin had fallen by the wayside and their managing skills seemed to hang a bit too Loosa and unprofessional. When the previous tenant had vacated and a final inspection completed, I only noticed from the photographs that there were a dozen issues that were unacceptable for a new tenant to have to live with ( rubbish left, not properly cleaned, damaged items etc.) we were not made aware of these issues previously and now costing $1000’s in repairs. These maintenance issues were directly from lack of professionalism from the previous realtor that should have been addressed earlier. Frustrated, I contacted Robert James Realty to hand the rental property over to them to manage. I could not be more happy with them as they have undertaken and addressed all the issues in getting the house up to a presentable and tidy state to re-list on the rental market.
