Excellent real estate service
Rob and Racheal were responsive, effective and basically super helpful. They provided excellent advice and helped us navigate a complex situation with many of the family involved in the sale, interstate or overseas. Rob was relaxed, reassuring and we felt he had our back throughout.

We have dealt with Racheal Sharpe for the whole transaction and to date it has been seamless.
Racheal has kept in touch with us for several years prior to our sale. Once we decided to go to market the communication and information was provided quickly and was very thorough, covering all aspects needing consideration. The process from listing, to engaging our tenants, to arranging viewing was all seamless for us. The sale prediction amount and time was also correct to what was achieved. Racheal has kept us updated via email, text or phone calls of each prospective buyer and the relevant feedback. To date the process has been very smooth and we are very happy with the way this transaction has been managed.

Rob showed patience during a prolonged sales process.
Rob behaved in a professional manner. He acted to get the maximum price he could for the seller, while not over-selling or gilding the lily. I did my own research as any sensible buyer should to ascertain a reasonable price. He acted professionally as a mediator to get the sale done.
