The highlight for me was George's naturally caring nature which made a difficult situation much more manageable. My in-laws are both 90'ish and George dropped by a number of times to assist them especially during a long power outage just to arrange charging of their phones and also to give some basic clean up advice for their house. He even took the bins out for them! He has great communication skills and this enabled both parties to smoothly negotiate sensitive issues with a very fair outcome - much, much better than trying to do it via conveyancers. Without a doubt the house sale through George and his agency, Robert James Realty was by far the smoothest and most efficient real estate transaction we've experienced. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
