I found the entire house buying experience easy and straightforward, in a large part due to the prompt and clearly understood assistance provided by Rob. At the time I thought considerable difficulty may arise because I live overseas and was also on the move traveling while we were trying to sort out the purchase – but such difficulties never arose. Since I was overseas, Rob also helped me to arrange solicitors and inspections etc etc – all with no problem and in a friendly way. In brief, a job very well done by Rob and his team.

From the very first inquiry, about Dirum Ct, Racheal & Rob wer excellent, their credibility shone always. Their communication was excellent, and queries were always answered in a direct, realistic and credible way, often conferring with the owners, to answer questions about detail that we sought.. Racheal kept us informed of any updates, and she was a joy to deal with. Ultimately their negotiating skills enabled us to reach a mutual outcome with the sellers, to finalise the sale.. I could not recommend Rob or Racheal more highly !!!

It's a pleasure to be able to let people know how easy selling your house can be if you have Marie Fetterplace on the job. How often does the following happen??? We placed a call to Marie at Robert James Realty and she was promptly at our door suggesting a sale price that surprised and delighted us and the very next surprise was that she already had a buyer in mind whom she believed would be very interested. I think it was the very next day when Marie brought her client to view the house, the client made an offer which we accepted and from then on it was merely just a matter of marking time until settlement day. From day one Marie kept us informed throughout the whole process and we can truly say this sale was the easiest experience we have ever had.
