Marie showed us a number of houses, and understood imediately that we required a property which was more upmarket than houses that we had asked about. She then mentioned that she knew of a house that may be for sale, and contacted the owners to find out if she could at least show us the house, which was fairly new, so as to ascertain the level of quality that we desired. the owners granted her the request, we then went through the property, and within a short period of time we knew, and Marie knew, that we were keenly interested. The rest is history--within 2 days we purchased the house for a mutually agreed price, and 7 months on we are certain that without Marie we could not have concluded the purchase. Well Done.
