Refreshing approach
We looked through several houses with James before finding the one that best suited our family. Throughout the whole process we never felt rushed or that our wants and needs weren't important. James was thorough in finding out information, easy to communicate with and was always willing to go the extra step to make sure we were happy. James is an Agent that cares to the point he rang just to ask how our kids liked the place and how everybody was settling, James is a family guy and understands its importance. Thank you James, there needs to be more people around like you and we will definitely be recommending you in the future.

Professional from start to finish
James is a professional when it comes to selling houses. Throughout the whole process he gave it 110% and was very successful at getting me a price above what I was asking. He always communicated well and kept me in the loop regarding the open homes etc. Definitely recommend to anyone selling a house to give James a call

A Difficult Process Made Simple

Very Proffessional
James focused on what was right with our property, not what was wrong, resulting in a "much" better result for us than than several other agents suggested was possible.
