Absolutely no issues with the personal interaction and the quality of staff management of the rental property. There is a tendency to overstate the potential rental rates and the level of demand for rentals in our category. Initially, we were looking at immediate rental at a rate in the order of $540/week. We ended up with a mid May occupant at $480/week. $480 is the market but you could have been more realistic with us at the outset. it would not have changed our view to use Robinsons.
