I have had the pleasure to team up with a fantastic rental agency. I can't speak higher enough for their personalised service. I live in Melbourne and have a rental property in Newcastle. I don't have to do anything as they keep me informed on all processes . They pay all the rates, bills and keep me informed with emails and statements as rent collected each. We have nothing but praise for the professional service provided by Erica and the timely process of lodging an interest in the property to being selected as a suitable tenant. Our home was recently sold and we decided to rent whilst we review our future options. The rental market is tough but we underestimated the challenges ahead. The process to rent had become very stressful and time consuming. To sum up - we dealt with several real estate and property management agencies that could learn from our experience with Robinson’s RE and their agent Erica. Totally professional service, we felt valued as a ‘prospective good tenant and humanised’ and were not treated as another applicant that lodged an application online. The Property Management structure is exceptional in comparison to our recent experience of becoming a tenant.
