Robinson Property first managed our property when we went overseas. I would say it was the best decision for us. They were very easy to deal with, time efficient and very knowledgeable. We are currently renting through them and they continue to manage our property. Extremely satisfied with their services in both areas. We were thinking about renting our apartment in Newcastle when I happened to come across a lovely young lady from Robinson's who was showing clients through another apartment in our building. Having been in real estate myself for over 30 years I was impressed with her approach and how quickly I was then contacted by Julie who inspected our apartment. From there we signed up and a good tenant was found for us the day after we made the apartment available. I'm very happy with the contact since then and feel it's important as we are not in NSW and need to have confidence that our apartment is in good hands. We are both sure it is.

Lisa Marchant manages our rental properties. Very professional and she always goes above and beyond to assist us. During the Covid year in particular, both Lisa and Damien were there for us. Robinsons Property are just amazing.... After building a brand new home and all the stresses that entails, it was just fantastic that the team worked together to lease our home in 2 days, and have the new tenants move in the day after it was available for lease!! My partners and I have had a great experience with Robinson from the perspective of a tenant. Most real estates see tenants as one of thousands, but we really felt valued and looked after.
