We were basically without a roof over our heads within a week right in the middle of Xmas. Karen Tannock( property manager) and Erica Beales ( Leasing Consultant) went out of their way to find us a place and processed our paperwork and application and received approval from the owner of the property we are now in all within a few days. Fantastic result

The experience of renting through Julz was a pleasure. I have been in Airbnbs for about a year and a half and have little knowledge of renting so Julz called, arranged the apartment show and organised me through the steps.
