She is looking after your best interests as a landlord, yet equally attentive and cordial to you as a tenant. If you request something, know it will be actioned as soon as possible. She's down to earth, honest and reliable - someone you could have a beer with whilst knowing your property is in good hands and easily one of the best property managers I've worked with over the years.
