Julianne was extremely quick to turn around our application and kept us well informed. We had a few additional requests, such as installation of blinds. She dealt with this promptly and secured a win win result with the landlord. We were keen to move in quickly, but with a bit of work to be done this was pushed out slightly, however Julianne rushed this through as quickly as she could, even coming out to meet us on a Sunday to begin the lease. The welcome information and goody pack as a great touch too. Highly recommended.
