Well, what can we say? Mike was supurb at selling our house. Always professional, timely, great communications and achieved the result we desired with very little fuss. My house was sold and contracts exchanged within 1 week of it hitting the market. Not only that but the price that Tony negotiated was well above the range it was advertised for! An exceptional effort on his part to say the least. Tony had a good plan to sell from the first meeting. There were some possible challenges with tenants that we discussed and had option b and option c if problems arose. He met with the tenants to advise of plans and let them know right from the start when he would want access to the house for photos and open house etc. He communicated well during the offer and negotiating stage and wrapped up the deal within a day or so. I will highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell!!

I didn't feel he negotiated as well as we would have hoped to get the maximum price, but the fast sale made up for that as it meant we could get on with our plans of moving.
