It was my first time renting a property solo and they made the whole process super easy. Erica, the agent for the property was really helpful and answered all my questions happily. They were very flexible and accommodating to my schedule, especially because I was only able to sign the lease and pick up the keys on a Saturday. Even with minimal staff in the office on a Saturday, they took the time to go through everything from keys to the lease thoroughly, which I really appreciated given it was my first time renting solo.

In the midst of COVID-19 our tenants of 18 months chose to move. From the initial point of contact advising the tenants were vacating to the time the new tenants were found and moved in we had regular contact points, keeping us informed. We were not Happy with the service provided by Robinson for managing our property. We were advised to lower our rent from what we were getting. The existing tenant gave 3-4 weeks notice but our property was not listed until existing tenant vacated. After that also, we had to contact Robinson's to list our property. We are not confident if Robinson's chased new tenants enough to rent our property. Our property was damaged and that damage was passed onto strata & we would question this? Overall, not a good experience .
