I bought my current home through Darren Bender 3 years ago. He obviously has a great follow up system in place as he sent me an email to enquire if I would like a current market appraisal on this property. I took up his offer and asked him also to appraise my investment property which I was considering selling. None of this was any trouble to Darren, he did all the hard work contacting the managing agent to arrange access to the house. He got back to me promptly with appraisals on both properties and some sound advise regarding the market. So I went ahead and asked Darren to list my investment property.
