Michelle was easy to deal with. Experienced, pleasant and relaxed. It was a fairly straightforward sale as far as offers and acceptance go, so we probably didn't get to see him in full flow as it were but happy all the same. I know he had to negotiate extended cooling off periods and early access with the vendors on our behalf. Both of which were agreed to in our favour. Thanks Michael
