We chose Mike Flook because of his great reputation in sales and because he worked with Robinsons Real Estate. Robinsons handled the 2 rental properties that we asked Mike to sell for us. At our initial meeting Mike talked us through the whole process of the sales, the costs, what to expect and our role. Mike is a good communicator. He kept us informed at every step of the way, after viewings and about any offers made. Mike negotiated with buyers and advised us how to respond to offers. This took a lot of the stress out of negotiations for us. When one buyer wanted repairs done before signing, Mike and Robinsons organised these repairs to be done quickly to facilitate the sale. Mike did a wonderful job. He took the stress out of the sales and kept us in the loop the whole way. Thanks Mike.
