We highly rate Ben's approach and experience. First and foremost, Ben was responsive: answered our questions quickly, was easy to get a hold of, kept us informed along the way. The other part of responsiveness is listening: Ben understood our situation and factored that into his process for selling our property. It was a difficult sale in as much as we preferred to have the tenant in place. But Ben worked with that and was very efficient at organizing photos, cleaning and inspections. Ben was very successful in bringing our buyer to a mutually agreeable price with a minimum of fuss: we agreed terms within days of the first inspection. We would definitely go through Ben again for any of our property needs in Newcastle.
