Overall very good, with some challenges that have been due to a changing market outlook.
Ben has been assisting us with both our transactions in Newcastle. Ben was honest and always accessible, kept me updated at all times with his actions regarding our purchase. Ben provided relevant advice regarding market trends and current Newcastle property conditions. Ben has been very helpful since exchange of contracts, contacting the vendor of our new property to arrange for access prior to settlement. Ben was also very responsive when I asked for changes to the apartment's initial photography, and used his contacts to have the apartment looking more presentable. We were very happy with the experience of dealing with Ben, and Robinson Real Estate in general.
