Ben was a very direct agent. His knowledge was very extensive. He supplied me with the strata report which would normally cost a buyer. Provided me with all the relevant information, including the good and the bad. I found his approach very refreshing, and a welcome change to most other agents. He told me where I stood with the offer and kept me in the loop the whole way through. Would I use him again- YES...if I was the seller! He is tough but fair and certainly works for his clients.
