The property posed some problems with proposed building defect rectification works, uncertainty about future developments in surrounding blocks and a narrow car space of which I was keenly aware. Mike identified these immediately and recommended that we had to be completely up front and I was happy to go with that. It paid off. Although interest from people inspecting the property was restrained, Mike recognised a potential buyer who could see the opportunity it provided. Despite the problems, the sale went ahead remarkably somoothly.
