I looked at many properties with different agencies before deciding to purchase a particular one (of several) that Mike Flook showed me. In the process I was able to compare different agents' selling style and found that Mike had superior knowledge of real estate and recent prices in the area. He has good inter-personal skills and was able to communicate with me in an easy and concise way. He gave me good advice, helping me to make a good decision regarding an investment property. He summarised the features of each property and recent sales in the area. Importantly I did not feel pressured to buy anything from him and found a property I loved. When my needs changed suddenly, Mike was my agent of choice and he sold the property only 9-10 months later in the midst of a property downturn. I was concerned I would lose money, given the short time I owned the property but he was able to get me a satisfactory selling price! Overall, I found Mike to be personable, pleasant, efficient, highly skilled and knowledgeable, and well able to help me with buying and selling. I would not hesitate to engage Mike Flook's services again.

We asked Mr. Flook to market our property after a failed attempt with another agent. Mike, with the excellent support of Robinsons' staff, quickly arranged marketing and open house, and introduced the property to his industry contacts. In what is currently a tricky sales market. Mike was able to achieve the result we hoped for and in an incredibly quick time. He, and Robinson's team, have followed up pre and post sale, updating us with news and progress. Very professsional.
