I found Darren to be very good at what he does and he definitely knows the real estate market so well. Nothing was any trouble for him. He advised me from the beginning what he was hoping to achieve from the first open house and how he would proceed following this. Everything that he advised me did happen and the house sold after the first open house, I was so happy with this outcome. He has always gotten back to me in regards to any questions or queries I have had as well. I am really happy with the outcome and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a real estate. He is excellent at his job and so easy to work with selling a house.

I chose Ben Robinson because I liked his enthusiasm and energy when he inspected the property for the appraisal when we were choosing an agent. Once signing him and starting the sale process everything went well. He sold the property at a price less than the appraisal but we were happy with the price we got. Once the house was sold we asked for an undisclosed sale price as it was less than it was marketed for and we are a private family. We do know that once a property has settled it will become public knowledge after a time. Robinson Property then did a letterbox drop of the area advising everyone that they had sold the property and the price that it sold for - NOT HAPPY. When Ben was asked about this he blamed a new employee in the office for the mistake. After settlement they then tried to bill us for the flyers that they had made up to advise everyone of the sale price. Fortunately for them they did refund that money. Also they can put one of their For Sale signs in your front yard within 4 hours of asking them to do one but it takes them just under a week to remove it after you ask them to remove it so that they can get the free advertising. I and my family will definitely not use Robinson Property for any of our future sales or purchases

I have used Mike and his team for a number of buy/sell transactions in Merewether over many years. Mike is knowledgeable, responsive, proactive and reasonable in his assessment of prospects. Mike has always delivered sales over, or within a few percent, of estimates. Mike's rates are competitive. In my latest transaction, Mike was able to deliver exchange within a week of auction in a rapidly changing market. I would recommend Mike without hesitation.
