Fortunately nothing that ended up being too impactful but that was partly due to luck. Could do with better attention to detail but generally seemed eager to please.

Over experience was good. For previous lease signing and condition report. It was done through online links which made it easy. Working a 8:30 - 5 job makes it hard to physically sign a lease and hand in the condition report. A little better break down of payment date and options for payment would have been nice. Over all very friendly and helpful, just a couple little pain points
