Robinson Property Management have been our service provider for our Lake St property just over 8 years. As occurs from time to time the tenant provided notice where again Robinson have sourced a new tenant within days of marketing, maximising the occupancy whilst increasing the weekly rent in line with the market. As much as the weekly rent is important if the property is vacant your doing your money. Owned for 2956 days with just 38 days vacant we recommend Robinson Property Management.
