Michael did not beat around the bush, it would not be worthwhile in this market. He pushed hard for the best result for his Vendor but communicated openly with us. Once our offer had been accepted, he ensured that things progressed for both the Vendor and Buyer without delay until exchange had occurred. This is not always the case with agents, so it was appreciated. Michael's office staff were wonderful and very courteous.
