I met Tony to discuss a property sale over a year back. That sale he did not get purely as I sold privately. But I had listened to him and of the five I had interviewed and the location of this property I felt Tony was the pick my estranged wife agreed. Tony felt that we needed to be out before the January rush as there were winds of change a foot. Neither I nor my ex partner had much enthusiasm for a long sales process and staging Auction etc, etc. Tony suggested he approach his database of clients well many may say they have heard that before DB of clients. But we agreed Tony performed the DB search and we had an offer in the same week following after a little more negotiation on sales price we agreed to a Sale offer and the existing tenant would remain in place which suited us and the buyer it could not have been more blessed a Sale. I thank Tony for his calm advice valuable DB and his team’s support I can recommend Tony for City based properties.

My partner and I had been looking for a property for a while around the Newcastle area, we met Michael at an open house.
