The best part of dealing with Mike is that he and his support staff managed the whole sales process so smoothly. With a long term tenant we were concerned with the upheaval of selling the property . Mike sat down with the tenant and went through all the details regarding the sale process and put her at ease. Mike knows his’ job and as we said “gets the job done.” Mike knew the target price and persevered in getting us a price higher than we expected in a difficult location.
