Overall the staff have been helpful and kind, they probably could get better at informing us of things we have asked about but I do understand that the realestate industry is so busy at the moment that they probably have so many clients to deal with.

I contacted Robinson to manage my property as I was moving out of it, and looking for tenants. Very shortly they organised pictures and marketing for the property. Within 3 weeks they had found tenants for a good rent which is a great outcome. However I found the communication during the whole process not optimum (I had to chase up for updates a few times) and same since (I had to contact them a couple of times again to know how the tenants had settled in). I would have appreciated more upfront and proactive communication from the managing agent, even if it’s just to say everything is going well and there is nothing to report.
