I really appreciate Ben’s efforts to sell my apartment during a difficult 2019. I was renting the apartment with Robinson’s (also a good experience) and it was such a smooth transition to selling with Robinson’s. Ben guided me through the process and also landed a good sale price at the end of a long period. It is never easy to decide to sell and move to a new home especially if one has lived at their current home for a long time, so many, many ties. However like a lot of baby boomers I decided to downsize. As I had sold and bought via Robinson previously I was happy to list with them again. During the sales process I found Ben Robinson to be a thorough professional who explained all steps along the way. I felt I was a close part of the sale.
