Ben was very enthusiastic at the initial interview but the follow through was less than we expected. There were very few follow up calls, even after an open house, so we had little idea what was going on with the sale. We tried contacting him but our calls were unanswered or not returned. His lack of communication made the process quite stressful. We even visited the office to leave a message for him to call us, but this also had no result. Following the sale, we found that preparations for settlement had not been made, leaving us waiting for payment of the deposit funds. The final sale result was acceptable, but certainly less than we were led to believe could be achieved. The principal reason Ben was chosen was that Robinson's were the property managers and thus access for inspections and open homes was simplified. The acid test is would we use him again...no!
