After interviewing 5 local real estate agents in the Langwarrin area we decided to engage the services of Paul and Rachel El Deir. The experience, professionalism and maturity displayed were key assets displayed prior to us even signing with Rockwood. During the selling process , the excellent communication with a cool and calm demeanour were perfect for what is always an exciting but stressful event. The Patience and personal care shown, to the point of coming back for a mid campaign “ coffee” and catch up face to face enabled us to make cool calm and collected decisions. Ultimately when offers were made clarity of information supplied was key with Paul and Rachel being able to negotiate up some $35,000 above the purchasers original offer. Wow where do I start! We first meet Paul and Rachel when we where actually looking to buy a house they were selling and the time they took with us, and care and passion they showed lead us to sell our house with them as we had not experienced that with other real estate agents. They were absolutely amazing to deal with, explaining things to us and even helped to cut the grass when our photos were being taken. They go above and beyond to not only get your house sold but to make the process as stress free with their open communication. Paul and Rach went above my expectations and re defined in my eyes just how useful agents can be. Paul and Rach asked me the right questions to understand my objectives, and recommended key updates I could make that would add value to my property, without over capitalising. With their market knowledge they referred me to their very well priced and high quality tradesmen, so I could get the updates made in a timely manner. They understand the market, and insisted I paid for professional styling, and even gave the designer input as they know what is important to prospective buyers. At first I thought it was odd the agent requested certain things from the stylist, but he is very professional and likeable, so he worked closely with the stylist togther. The photography and ad copy were very good quality. Paul is very knowledgeable of all aspects from contracts, settlement, building and pest inspection, marketing plan, pricing, negotiable, an all wounded. Overall both Paul and Rach are very honest, helpful, proactive and nothing seemed too hard. Paul even got his hands dirty ith some last minute windexing dirty smudgy windows for the photo shoot. I ended up selling for a higher price, because I took the advise regarding cosmetic updates, styling, good photos. And Paul helpful engaging friendly agent. So he was able to easily talk to prospective buyers, and they easily opened up to him providing key insights that allowed him to negotiate and navigate a strong campaign for me. Happy customer. I highly recommend Paul and Rach.

Every step of the way they went above and beyond, more than any agent from other agency I had met whilst out looking for my next property.
