Happy to accomodate your timeframes,suggest home improvements but more importantly reassure that you don't need to spend on areas that may matter to you, but not the future purchaser. They ensure that trades ,marketing, Section 32's, clean ups etc are all done in a timely manner which exceeded my expectations. Although relatively new to selling in the Frankston/Langwarrin/Mt Eliza area they exhibited excellent local knowledge. If and when I sell my current home I would not hesitate to use their services again.
