For the prospective sale of a refurbished, older style two-bedroom Caulfield apartment, I researched among several agencies, each for their apparent local skills, and expertise, and I invited their senior representatives to visit and share their appraisal and approach. In summary, I am delighted to have worked with Rodney Morley Real Estate. First, Rod was direct, professional and thorough in his review and discussion about market conditions, options, and prompt in his assessments, negotiations, and execution of our agreements, and getting the project underway. Second, Rod coordinated with his colleague Rochelle Butt, who basically took operational responsibility for most tasks and outcomes: inspections, liaison, and follow-ups. I was really pleased with the responsiveness of Rod and Rochelle: it made the project flow better than expected, even during some gaps among buyers responding. This team showed persistence, intuition, courtesy, and vigour on my behalf. Third, as I was able to make some comparisons among agencies at the preparation stage, I found Rodney Morley Real Estate (Rod and Rochelle and colleagues) to provide: a higher standard of cooperation, and an absence of arrogance in approaching what needed to be done; and better value.

Rochelle has great skills in property presentation and she gave excellent advice. She has a lovely open manner. She maintained a presence throughout the inspection period and provided timely feedback on numbers and her assessment of sale prospects. She and her staff readily advised on the best advertising avenues and they worked quickly to maximise advertising opportunities. Their advertisements, including photos were impressive.
