Rochelle was one of three agents I interviewed for the sale of my recently renovated home. The first two agents advised me to sell and had a similar figure in mind and gave the usual “we have a client base waiting to buy”. Rochelle came around third that day and said “no, no secret client base, no guarantees but I feel those figures are a bit light on!” Rochelle said no coffee carts at auction required, no moving out required. Her only selling spiel was “we are in this together and I will give you my best”. Rochelle’s best was selling before auction for 400k more than quoted by the previous two agents interviewed. The result speaks for itself! Honest, dedicated, personal, and most of all worked with me. I am a builder and turn over homes for a living, Rochelle will be on the top of the list from here on in.
