I am so thankful that I chose Jess to sell the house, she just did everything that needed to be done and was so enthusiastic with selling the house, explained everything in understandable terms and guided me on what to do and when with immense patience and was keen to achieve the best possible price for me. Jess recently sold a property for me and she was great to work with throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond from the start making sure the property was well presented before it was listed. As a property that had been tenanted for several years it needed some minor works to prepare it for the sale. After a honest assessment of the property Jess organised and coordinated the tradespeople to update the property and kept me informed throughout, completing it all within the agreed timeframes. She also liaised with the tenant to make sure she was comfortable and happy with the process. Once the property was listed Jess continued to keep me up-to-date on a regular basis right through until it sold. She is well organised, very approachable and gives her honest opinion and advice.
