A great experience and result working with Ros in the sale of our family home

Agent Review - Ros Waters
We recently engaged Ros Waters to sell our property in Gladstone. Not only did she secure a great price for the property in the current market conditions she went above and beyond to assist us through all stages of the selling process. This was a family home when we lived in Gladstone but having moved interstate some time ago the property had been rented for a number of years and was in need of a little bit of attention. Through her network of expert trades and service providers she arranged to get the property ready for sale. Living interstate and with covid travel restrictions we were unable to attend the property ourselves and relied on Ros to get everything in order. Every detail was attended to in a professional manner and she was in continuous communication with us right up to finalising the contract. If you are thinking of selling your property, we would highly recommend you consider engaging Ros especially if you’re an out of towner or now living interstate. You will not be disappointed with the service she provides.
