I found Ros to be very knowledgeable of the present market . We were pleasantly surprised when she valued the house and the price she said what we could get for it ( which we did) compared to the other agent who came and valued it way under what we sold for . She kept us updated as our settlement was quite a long one due to our purchaser’s having to sell there house so they could purchase ours . It took several months for my place to sell (with contract settlement) because of market conditions and bank financing delays over Christmas but the experience was overall outstanding.
