We contacted Rosalie, to manage the sale of our house in Aldgate, as she had helped with the sale of my parents home a few years earlier. We knew from that experience that Rosalie works hard for her clients and is a good listener and knows when it is appropriate to promote an idea or hold back. We did not feel pressured at any time. Despite our sale going through at the start of Covid restrictions, Rosalie was able to achieve a very satisfactory sale price after only a few open inspections. She really knows the Hills market and her suggested sales range was realistic and realised. We felt right from the first meeting that Rosalie had our best interests at heart and is able to continue to do this even when acting for both the vendor and purchaser.

Rosalie's attention to detail, her knowledge of the real estate market, her supportive and inclusive manner, and er huge work ethic were all greatly appreciated in the recent sale of our property. I recently used Rosalie to sell my house in Aldgate. I chose her from a field of seven Hills real estate agents because I felt she would be personally involved in all aspects of the sale and I liked her approach to marketing properties. Rosalie did a great job in advising me of what I needed to do to get the house and garden optimised and in providing some items to put in the house, setting up two of the bedrooms attractively as children's rooms. Rosalie is a very good communicator and kept me fully in the loop at all stages of the sale process. In the event her good work paid off and my house sold quickly and at a price I was very happy with. Thank you Rosalie. I would highly recommend Rosalie for anyone thinking of selling their house in the Adelaide Hills. I would certainly use her again if I needed to sell another house.
