We met EVERY agent in the Adelaide Hills area, including Rosalie Crowder, over a number of months going to open inspections. This gave us the opportunity to see first-hand the skilful and balanced approach that Rosalie offers. She is not full of annoying, empty 'hype' like some agents (who immediately turn potential buyers away, in my experience). Rosalie is knowledgable and experienced but also genuine, honest and caring. Rosalie was so supportive through the process of selling. She was hands on with helping out and gracious when watching us have minor meltdowns along the way. Selling is very stressful and she was able to alleviate a lot of this stress. A lot is to be said for the fact that she negotiated 3 offers for us after just one open inspection so we didn’t have to have months of open inspections. A huge relief. Not only that, but she also was able to get us the exact price we wanted, which was more than we were expecting. Overall, I highly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat.

Rosalie was a surprise choice of agent for us as my hubby and I had already decided on a different agent but as I'd arranged a time to catch up with Rosalie I continued with our meeting.....and I distinctly remember half way through our first discussion thinking "wow, she's is good". Rosalie had valuable market research that you couldn't argue with and when challenged she knew the answers. She also asked some clever questions of us and if I didn't give her an answer, she astutely found a different way to find out the information she wanted. To me, Rosalie had a more gentle approach, but she was not a push over at all. In the end it was a tough decisions to make but we went with Rosalie as we felt she was hungrier for the sale and would work harder for us. I also really felt she had our best interests at heart - not the buyers and she had a thorough way in which she worked her database. We had our house on the market twice, once early 2017 and again in 2018. Both times we went with Rosalie and each time she went above and beyond what I expected a sales agent to do and assisted us in more areas than the standard agent. Rosalie was transparent in her communication and she understood the challenges of living in a house with three young children. She always presented opportunities to us but never pushed if it was going to put the family under too much pressure. Rosalie addressed our concerns about the property and found solutions to make them as appealing as possible to buyers. She was very generous with her time and worked hard to get the sale and the best price for us. It is without hesitation that I recommend Rosalie and think that she will be even more passionate for her vendors now she is out on her own. I'm sure she will continue to deliver great things for Aldgate and the surrounding areas for many years to come.

Our family first met Rosalie Crowder at an open inspection at a house that we have now purchased. Initial feelings about her were that she was warm and inviting, very professional and beautifully presented like the house we were looking at. At the time we still had to sell our house, we had many questions about this process as we had fallen in love with the house she was showing. Our house was not ready for sale but not far off, Rosalie came to observe the stage our house was at and came up with a workable plan that would both satisfy our buyers and her current vendors of the house we had fallen in love with. On sitting down with Rosalie it became apparent that not only was she a wonderful, very professional agent but incredibly accommodating, forward thinking and positive. She exuded an aura of confidence and a transparency of process which for my husband and I was a big tick in the box. . Initially we had chosen another company but after meeting Rosalie decided to make the change as our intuition to go with Rosalie just felt so right. There is just so much depth to Rosalie, an incredible soul, passionate, driven, a woman I am now proud to call a treasured friend. Throughout the whole process Rosalie worked tirelessly to make this as least stressful a process as she possibly could.
