Jay was incredibly helpful in our first home purchase, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He was extremely flexible with building inspection times and meetings, and he kept us up to date throughout the entire process. His communication skills are excellent, he possessed more than adequate knowledge on the property, and throughout the entire buying process he was transparent, genuine and the most trustworthy agent we'd come across compared to some other characters we had previously experienced. He did not play any games with us, which we felt allowed us to make decisions we were comfortable with. While purchasing our first home was the most stressful thing we had ever done, we think having a good real estate agent selling the property we were interested made a world of difference. We think Jay is a very open and honest, and we are grateful for his help!

I met Jay at the open house for inspection in 2/351 Elgar road Surrey Hills which I subsequently bought. He was very upfront with me on the sales price and because if his honesty and no sneaky attitude especially of a property sale person I felt that I can trust him and as such decided to buy the property I inspected. I like the property too and Jay acted very professionally and negotiated between me and the vendor an amicable sales price that we both were very happy to offer and accept, it was a win win situation for both parties. It was also a Joy to have met Jay. I will not have any hesitation to allow him to deal with my other properties and I will be introducing him to all my friends that intend of selling their properties.
