Excellent Agent
Jay was personable and showed a strong desire to help me navigate through one of the biggest financial decision as a first home buyer. Jay was always honest and patient when explaining the process of purchasing a home from inspections, mortgages and signing of contract. Jay took my needs into account and promptly gave me a call when he found a property which met my requirements. He went over and above to meet my needs. Fabulous Agent
I first met Rachael at a property I was inspecting and found her to be extremely personable, friendly and knowledgeable of the local property market and decided then to use her as my agent. Great Agent
My husband and I live in Rural Victoria and Rachael has been amazing from day one in organising every area relating to the selling of our Ringwood apartment. The advertising, photography, display furniture, knowledge of sales within the surrounding suburbs of likewise properties, all of this was organised very professionally. Would recommend
Jay and the team at Lindallas were both my rental management agent and selling agent. Jay provided excellent service during the time my property was rented and through out the selling process. Attention to detail was Super Impressive
Glen's attention to detail from the beginning was amazing, he made sure both my 76yr old mum & I felt comfortable with the entire process which was massively important as the whole process was very daunting & at times quite overwhelming for mum. His whole team were an absolute pleasure to deal with & no request was ever meet with ever anything but enthusiasm & ease. I would highly recommend Glen & his team with any property sale.

Outstanding Agent
It was a huge and hard decision to make to sell my home of 32 years. I wanted to make sure I chose an agent that was committed to getting the best price for my home and not only treat the vendor with respect but the potential purchasers. I spent many hours going to auctions, watching how agents handle potential purchasers at open house inspections. I considered how they treated me in terms of respect and their knowledge of a property and property market. It was important to me whether they followed up on any questions I had about a property and their negotiation skills when dealing with potential buyers. Rachael Fabbro is an absolute standout agent. For all of the above reasons. Integrity and professionalism
We chose Rachael on the basis of the recommendation of neighbours whose property she sold prior to ours. We were very reassured at our first meeting with her and elected not to interview any other firms. She brought relevant knowledge of the suburb and all its amenities and current market statistics and an amazing array of networks. Effectively she connected us with stylists, storage and renovators to prepare and present our property at its best. It sold before auction.
