About Ray

Ray Cashmore is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer with a long-standing reputation for integrity and hard work. His knowledge of the Macedon Ranges district is strong. Previously, Ray worked in real estate for many years in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and on the Bellarine Peninsula where the properties he dealt with included residential land and homes, beach houses, hobby farms, vineyards and commercially-operating, larger-scale rural holdings. Helen converted COVID challenges into opportunities

In an environment of Covid-safe restrictions, Helen converted challenges to opportunities. This obviously required a lot of background activities on her part; a workload reality for any true sales professional and usually opaque to the general community. We were presented with well-qualified parties and an efficient & effective official sales campaign (one day!) resulting in a successful sale at a fair & good market price. Helen spent the time to understand all of the features to best sell it

Helen is professional, always prompt in her responses, and really did the work to research the area and the market as well as listening to our input. A lot of work has gone into creating our property and Helen spent the time to understand all of the features to best sell it. We could not have had a more straight forward sale.
