We have used Julie to buy and sell properties in the Gisborne. Julie is very conscientious and driven to succeed, which is good for all parties. Julie aims to please everyone which can fill her diary very quickly and can lead to the odd clash of appointments. But her buoyant personality overcomes any animosity. Julie works hard for her clients. We sold during the height of Covic-19 and had to accept a drop in price by about 6-7% but that was no fault of Brad Teal or Julie.

Rod was easy to work with. Since we were selling from a remote location, Rod really looked after the property in our absence. He organised trades to maintain and repair the property, kept us informed as to the state of the property, he even kept up the vacuuming!
